Workout Format

This is a timed session, with intervals marked by a whistle. We do 10 sets of the following pattern, so the session lasts for 30 minutes in total.

  1. 1 minute walking - Use this time to recover
  2. 1 minute medium effort - Aim for about 50% effort
  3. 1 minute max effort - Absolutely flat out.
  4. Repeat
