Workout Format

This is a 25-minute session, where we repeat the following pattern:

  1. 1200m effort (three laps of the track)
  2. 400m walk/jog recovery (one lap of the track)

So, a complete set will total four laps of the track (1600m).

Complete as many sets as you can in the 25 minutes.
