Session Format:

The club will be testing a relay race format to prepare for an official race in 2027. Teams of two runners will race around Alexandra park, each runner doing two 2.5K laps of the park.

Joining this session:

Just turn up, it is free. You can organise a relay team ahead of time, or we will try to pair people before the run. You can make your own way to Alexandra park, or we will jog there from the Y club at 6:30.
