CLUB NIGHT ROUTES - every Thursday at the Y Club from the cafe Bar,
runs start 6.30 prompt
Runs will start at 6.30pm promptly. Generally their will be at least
two runs. Steph's Run pace around 8-30 to 7.30 min pace, Symo 7.30 &
above. Anyone is welcome to run in any of the groups and the pace is
only given as a guide so people can choose the appropriate group.
